Ms. Kriti Goel

Ms. Kriti Goel is a highly experienced nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in the field. She holds a Diploma in Nutrition and Health management from YMCA, Delhi.She has worked @ Apollo Spectra Hospital for 5 years, managing OPD, IPD, Bariatric & surgical patients. Currently she runs her clinic, Balanced Bites, and has been associated with CULT fitness for last 2 years. Specializing in weight loss, diabetes managetnent, bariatrics (pre and post ops), and therapeutic diets. Kriti has also collaborated with a renowned cardiologist in Delhi for 3 years. Her contributions include writing for ASH website and Jeevanmala Hospital Magazine.
Recognised for her excellence she recieved the "I am Apollo" and "You Are a Rockstar" award from Apollo Spectra. She has also served as a JUDGE for CRROSWORDS competition @ DLDAVMS. Additionally, Kriti has participated as a Health & Wellness speaker at various events & conducted interviews for nursing talent at DLDAVMS 2023 & 2024.
