Dr. Subodh Sirur

I have been practising as a dermatologist for over 25 years and have seamlessly been blending my medical knowledge with law and insurance. With a post-graduation in law with specialisation in consumer and criminal laws and Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (General) and having worked in the health insurance industry in various capacities including Chief Administrative Officer of a leading Third Party Administrator.

I am serving on ethics committee of various institutions including Indian Institute of Technology (IIT B), Ali Yavar Jung Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities, B Y L Nair Hospital and T N Medical College, Wadia Hospital, Parel; CLAIMS Private Limited; Mumbai Oncocare.
I conduct interactive sessions for doctors, hospitals and medical associations on laws related to medicine and safeguards against litigation. I have authored books on laws related to medical practice.
