My name is Shauna Derrickson, I would like to express my gratitude to the team of Apollo Spectra for their tireless efforts to provide high-quality healthcare. There is open communication and my doctor, Dr. Narassa Narayani and nurses patiently helped me understand the medication, procedures, and problems thoroughly. Only after my full consent was I given any sort of medication. Although I was having major anxiety, the nurses were undaunted and helped me calm down very patiently. Pavithra especially worked so hard to try to help me relax. They maintained their kindness throughout. The staff is hardworking, compassionate, and caring. I can't express how much I have appreciated the warmth and attention given to me by all the staff. My only request would be to ensure that all release forms be filled with the proper information- risks, advice, etc. before asking a patient to sign.
