I consulted with Dr. S.K. Poddar in his clinic. He had advised getting admitted to Apollo Spectra. I had a corporate insurance. So, I met with TPA desk staff, Lata. She helped in sending the pre-approval form to the insurance company. So, I received initial approval in the evening on the same day. Next day, I got admitted in the morning and met with admission staff and nurses. All of them were caring and eager to help. Room no. 101 was allotted to me. It was also a good room. Surgery was performed on 14/11/2017 and it was thankful. Facilitators at Apollo Spectra are extremely good and helpful.
