ENT (ear, nose, and throat) refers to the physician treating ears, nose, throat, and neck diseases. The doctors treating ENT are known as Otolaryngologists.
The eyes, nose, and throat are the human body's basic sensory organs, and one cannot imagine their life without them. Any difficulty in these organs creates a great hindrance in everyday life. Eye problems can be critical, and one can lose their vision if not treated properly.
ENT physicians or Otolaryngologists not only treat basic problems such as sinus or sleep apnea, but also they can do surgical operations if needed. In case of eye lens defect, they have the training to perform surgeries for treatment.
