The center has 4 ultra-modern operating rooms,16 beds with 3 deluxe rooms,7 OPD consult rooms with separate ENT and Ophthalmology units, completely equipped laboratory, a retail pharmacy and fully equipped preventive health check up unit.. Each patient bed/room is equipped with gas lines, monitoring equipment and defibrillators. These are constantly monitored by duty doctors and trained staff.
More than 70 per cent of all surgeries can be performed under short-stay procedures. Apollo Spectra Hospitals offers upwards of 700 such procedures, covering specialties like ENT, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Plastic & Cosmetic and Urology.
Minimally invasive procedures are hugely beneficial to patients because of smaller incisions, minimal damage to surrounding tissues, lesser inflammation and negligible blood loss. Since the procedures do not require an overnight stay, patients can also avoid contracting Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs).
